Chiho Bistro is an ordinary Chinese-American Restaurant. Chinese food has taken a unique place within American culture and cuisine ever since the first Chinese settlers touched shore. As the Chinese American community continues to grow and transform, so do our culture and food, bringing a new concept to “Chinese American Food.” Chiho strives to take on this ever-evolving definition of Chinese American Cuisine and dial it down to what is at its core: simply good food that warms the soul.
